There is no exact number as everyone is different. However, the LAUFLAUF® should be used continuously with every walk or every running unit in order to develop the optimal effect. Due to the NEUROPLASTICITY → of the brain, there is no finished adaptation and internalization of the newly triggered movement patterns and stimuli to your body. We are all, so to speak, constantly on the way to a better optimum.

The resulting pistol grip-like position of the hands corresponds to the natural starting position for the perfect upright posture of the upper body.

The LAUFLAUF® can be cleaned with commercially available disinfectants or soap without hesitation. The elastic wristband should be rinsed out with lukewarm water if necessary.
